Residential
Primary Scope: Steep-slope evaluation, shingle damage assessment (Haag-compliant), and full exterior cladding inspection.
Quote Determinant: Based strictly on total square footage.
- Up to 2,500 sq ft: $400
- 2,501 – 5,000 sq ft: $600
- 5,001 – 10,000 sq ft: $900
- 10,001+ sq ft: $0.10 per sq ft
Commercial
Applies to all business entity-owned structures (retail, office, industrial, standalone facilities, etc.).
Primary Scope: Flat roof systems, perimeter assessment, membrane & HVAC integrity, and complete exterior building envelope evaluation.
Quote Determinants: Square footage, roof/building complexity, access constraints, and airspace limitations.
- Small Commercial (Up to 5,000 sq ft): $700
- Mid-Size Commercial (5,001 – 10,000 sq ft): $1,000
- Large Commercial (10,001 – 25,000 sq ft): $1,250 base + $0.06 per sq ft over 10,000 sq ft
- Major Industrial / Retail (25,001 – 50,000 sq ft): $2,150 base + $0.05 per sq ft over 25,000 sq ft
- Enterprise / Campus (50,001+ sq ft): Custom Quote (Starting at $0.04 per sq ft)
