Contact, booking, and discount request information is used to respond to the request and manage the customer relationship. Records are stored in the site’s private server-side system.

Affinity proof files

A discount request requires one proof file in JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF format. It is stored in private server storage outside the public website and is available only to authenticated administrators for manual eligibility review. Proof files are not attached to notification emails. A submitted request does not automatically apply a discount or collect payment; Iron Creed reviews eligibility and sends invoices manually.

Security

Forms use CSRF protection, server-side validation, request limits, prepared database statements, escaped output, and a bot-trap field. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or unrelated sensitive documents through this site.
